Reception Manager

At The Courtyard we believe that customer service is paramount and we take great consideration to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience every time.

Rochelle is our Reception Manager and she is the first contact our clients make when they attend an appointment. We have made a concious effort to make our suroundings at the Courtyard very different to any you may have seen before. Rochelle will welcome you with a tea or coffee and make sure you are comfortable in the lounge. Rochelle has a natural sense of humour and a contagious laugh so you can be sure to have a smile on your face whenever you are in her company.

Our practice offers a great environment for family dental care and children are welcomed with a balloon. Rochelle is in the heart of the practice where all appointments, treatment plans and payments are made.

She has built a good relationship with our client base at The Courtyard and constantly seeks ways improve the patient journey and experience.
